Peaceful new neighborhood and home on a picturesque 90 acre lake close to beaches, state parks, marinas, and historic Boca Grande. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, WiFi, washer and dryer, heating, AC, pool, fitness room and pickleball courts, this peaceful retreat has everything guests need for an excellent stay.

Please note that the amenity center is scheduled to open later in 2025 and that pricing has been adjusted accordingly until the amenities are fully open. Up to 6 guests can be accommodated via 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Enjoyed The Stay

We rented for the month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was ideal for us and we took advantage of the area. The house was new, roomy, had everything we needed and overall very comfortable. We had a few questions when we first arrived and communication was excellent and very responsive.
