The light and airy space boasts 25ft high ceilings and is just steps from the beach and vibrant restaurants, bars and coffee shops on the 101. Your perfect coastal getaway awaits!

The space:
Located in the peaceful neighborhood of Leucadia. Walking distance to all the amenities of Encinitas and the access to the beautiful pristine beaches, it's very easy to reach whatever you need. Or you can relax in the lush backyard garden on the deck or jacuzzi.

Type of Property: Stand alone house in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, and Encinitas coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
