Review into 2 sections 's & -'s:The :The location is perfection. Beautiful- right on the beach.Pool is nice and right there on the beach front/oceanfront. Was kept clean. Spacious and laid out fairly well (aside from stairs being right at front door). Decent furniture, some w/issues (broken not in good condition).Wonderful area w/easy access to restaurants/ shopping.Hot tub available- however the cover is in dire need of replacement- difficult/undesirable to even bother w/ the hot tub or lift the cover-deteriorating/very heavy. Other notable/frustrating Negatives:Master sliding door near impossible to open/ close! No soap anywhere- no dish soap no hand soap. One roll of paper towels. One roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms. No outside/ landscape lighting (only 1 light at top of steap stairs that are in need if attention (nails popped up, boards popped up, w/ real tripping hazard at top stair).Not a well appointed kitchen- Drawers that don't work, freezer bottom drawer doesn't work/broken made a NAIGHTMARE every time we needed to access freezer. Maintenance came, but said they needed a part, they surely had to have known of this PRIOR to our stay. No dining table outside to eat- only Adirondack chairs.No niceties- No welcome, coffee pods, nothing for Tea or coffee. No basic anything (no wine key). No salt/pepper or kitchen staples. Popcorn ceiling coming down.We'd return a lot IF they fixed.
