A furnished screened porch with a gas grill and a new large open deck allows for relaxation after a fun day on the beach. Outdoor driveway activities of basketball, pickleball, cornhole, and ring toss hook game keeps the family entertained. Other features include a Queen pull-out couch, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV for streaming, wireless Internet access, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, ample parking spaces, and an exterior cargo lift for ease in transporting groceries and luggage.
