Ocean Reef 4-B1 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo

Ground Level: Garage and 1/2 bath not included in this rental. Outside shower.

Level One: Living area has a TV, Couch and Love-Seat with Cushions. Dining Area and Kitchen/Bar area with a microwave and dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV and a Full Bath with a Whirlpool Tub. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and TV. One Full Bath is located in hall. Covered deck with table. Computer with Internet and Free High Speed Wireless Internet Access!

3 Color Cable TVs, and DVD Player, Stereo with CD and Tape Player. Full Sized Washer/Dryer. 80 Gallon Water Heater.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking.

No Pets.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
