Enjoy the beach in a spacious, Middle Row duplex that is a short five minute walk to the beach and 1/3 of a mile to the sound access. This well maintained and exceptionally clean duplex offers a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! At night, relax by the fire in the secluded back yard. Jump into a clean bed with fresh linens that are provided. Catch the beautiful sunrises or sunsets of Emerald Isle.

The space was recently painted for the 2021 season. Lighting was updated and new furniture was added. Open concept with the kitchen and living room. Two smart TV's fully equipped with the latest technology. Fast Wifi is provided. Ample parking spaces are provided. Watch the kids play games in the big back yard, or relax by the fire.

We absolutely loved Emerald Isle! Wade’s Place was fully equipped and super clean! Every detail was appreciated - from the nice beach wagon and super functional beach chairs, to the clean bedding, adequate towels/washcloths, to even having ice packs in the freezer - this house was perfect! A very nice stay

The property was very clean. The property manager Wade was very nice and checked in with us everyday to make sure everything was fine and ask if we needed anything. We would definitely like to stay at this property again when we visit Emerald Isle. Definitely a 5 star rating!
