Bedding is 2 Queens, 2 Doubles and 1 Twin. Stackable washer/dryer. Charcoal grill. ***LINENS ARE PROVIDED FROM Mid Spring thru Mid Fall. (May 10-Sept 13 weeks) (FULL WEEKS, FULL PRICE ONLY).**** Pet friendly with 2 pets maximum. $100 non-refundable pet fee (small to medium size) per pet. Rents Saturday to Saturday. Gas grill provided - gas tenant responsibility. New decking faces ocean and parking under house. Fish cleaning station under home also. Very pretty part of the beach! Rents Saturday to Saturday. Smoking permitted on the deck.

Emerald Isle offers Family fun for everyone....with bike and jogging trails that run parallel to Emerald Dr, miniature golf, go carts, water slide, great shopping in Emerald Plantation, movie theater, restaurants that include everything from pizza to burgers to Seafood. The Bogue Inlet Pier is a must see to find out what the "catch of the day" is. If you just need to relax, pull up a chair and enjoy the ocean waves while reading a good book. We've got you covered. Emerald Isle also offers a Public Boat Ramp (no fees) located at Jean Preston Park about mid way the island. (near Chapel By the Sea). There is a play ground and public restroom located there as well. We have multiple kayak launch areas and parks within the city limits, including a Sound front park with dock located on Coast Guard Road and one on Cedar St. (great to go crabbing at) You may also enjoy Surf Fishing all along the 12 mile stretch of our beautiful island. We have a Fishing Gear store and several Convenient Stores that offer bait, hooks and other fishing items you will need. Don't forget you need a Fishing License to Surf Fish but can enjoy fishing from the Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier by purchasing a fishing pass for the day or week. Check out our new grocery store Publix located beside Emerald Plantation or Snapper's Restaurant (used to be Jordan's Seafood) while here also! We offer lots of information about the area in our lobby that you may pick up at check in or during the week while you are here. Great views from the deck, and close to the water. This feels like an older beach cottage, with easy to clean areas and simple furnishings. The bedrooms aren't big like you'll find in new builds, but they worked just fine for us.

Apparently very clean..... mattress covers with a big yellow spot (???), or with dog hair. Dirty dishwasher. A couple of small cockroaches in the house. They should review and restore the set of pots. Currently the pots are only good for cooking a pan-fried egg. Excellent location and easy to reach beach

Not the most comfortable, but affordable

Mattresses were hard. No full length couch made it difficult to get comfortable. Kitchen faucet was extremely loose. Refrigerater had a lot of rust on the outside, but was clean on the inside. Windows need replaced, as the seals in the glass are broken, making it difficult to see the ocean from inside the house. The deck was very nice. The gates on the deck made it nice for sitting ouside with our dog. Just a few steps to the beach made it nice for quickly coming and going between the beach and the house. Not a luxurious place, and could definitely use some updates. But the price was good. So pick your preferences.

The only good thing about this listing the the ocean front, that is what saved us. Walked into dead roaches throughout, beds were disgusting-mattress pads were brown and dingy—could not sleep in 4 of the beds as they had already been slept in and dirty—-bugs in between mattress and boxsprings shower curtain smelled bad and was stained has to buy shower curtain for the week. Cleaned for 2 hours before we would bring our clothes inside. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Hairballs throughout house. Refrigerator’s are $200 please replace. Microwave had been used and was dirty. Could not use ANY of the dishes pots and pans. Happy 30th Anniversary to me and my husband.

Easiest beach access ever!! View from inside will improve once foggy windows are repaired.

We've never had a shorter walk to the beach from a beachfront cottage! Seriously, 11 steps down off the deck and then a very small dune path down to the sand (maybe another 20 steps down). Location along an uncrowded stretch of beach was another huge plus. The cottage is an older no-frills unit, which suited us very well! `We had plenty of room for 4 people. If you maxed the occupancy, it might be a little tight, as the rooms are on the small side. Kitchen had everything except a toaster (which might have been in the unoccupied unit next door) and a big pot (so if you're doing crabs or spaghetti, you might want to BYO). I appreciated the glass top electric stove and the garbage disposal in the sink, both things we usually don't have at the beach. Loved that we could bring our dog! The short hose at the base of the steps and another right outside the back door were very helpful in rinsing sand from canine and human feet. Sadly, we didn't catch fish during our stay (too rough), but the fish cleaning station worked great for rinsing and drying shells (best shelling ever, due to the rough conditions). One item that will hopefully be fixed soon is that both windows in the living area have broken seals, meaning they were fogged with condensation on the lower 1/3 to 1/2 of the windowpanes. If you're going to be spending much time inside, you might want to check to see if this has been addressed. But the view from the deck was perfect!

Wonderful location and good amenities

Well stocked kitchen, wonderful deck with a short staircase to the beautiful emerald isle beach! Tight fit in the bedrooms, but the family (the kids are mostly in their mid-20s) was thrilled to be all together at the beach again and had a great time

Quiet winter retreat

Great getaway

Loved the location, was exactly what we were looking for. Access to the beach was perfection. The kitchen was updated. The rest of the rooms are in need of updating and the mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable. I understand the owner is in the process of updating this property. It was clean and met our needs. I would rent this property again.

We were looking for a simple and lower cost rental for our week stay in Emerald Isle—and this was it! The property manager Steven was very helpful and kind. The only problem was the clothing washer had a lot of mold in it. We didn’t notice until halfway in our stay, so I mentioned it upon checkout and they said they would make sure they took care of it.

property was clean. trouble getting tv's to work - not that tv was all that important being on the beach - but if you wanted to watch any tv it was a task. the chairs on the deck, most were broken - they really need to be replaced or fixed. overall everyone had a nice stay.
