we loved it. short walk to beach, walkable to shopping and dinging and a short drive to all the stores. House was a great layout, easy to hang out with entire family.

There were a few issues with the house communicated to the property manager along the way. The stairs is hazardous due to the last stair not carpeted. My husband fell coming down the stairs and bruised his hip. Two bifold doors upstairs were out of their track and we fixed it. Toilet paper holder in middle bathroom came off the wall. Handle going out to deck off the kitchen, the knob came off and we fixed it. The grill was filthy and we cleaned it.
