Perfectly suited our needs that weekend. Very quiet and comfortable. Roomy and spacious. Coffee maker and snacks were provided along with silverware and pots for cooking. Built in microwave over oven allowed us to reheat. Beds were comfortable.

Great Stay

My spouse and I had a great stay. They accomidated us well, everyone on the property was polite. It was very quiet which we liked. The water heater went out and they repaired it right away an even offered us to shower in an empty apartment if we needed to right away. We even rebooked and stayed 4 extra days. I can't wait to stay here again next year. 💙

Nice and quiet location

The rental unit was a very nice size. It was close to Skydive Arizona (10 min drive). Bathrooms and bedrooms were a nice size. Nice view into the courtyard from the back of the unit and pretty view of mountains out the front of the unit. Quiet property. Rarely ever saw people.

Not sure, I really want to put this out there, for this is my go to place to stay when I go to Eloy, Arizona. I don’t want others to secure my spot and therefore it’s no longer available. The facility itself is beyond phenomenal, it has picturesque ambience, and the facilities, where we stay is beyond comparison to anything one could get with a pricey hotel.

Not so clean

The apartment was nice and comfortable but it was not clean. There was a dry moldy coffee filter in the coffee maker. Pots/pans were dirty. There was dust and hair and dead bugs in the bathrooms. There were no light bulbs in the bathroom off the master bedroom. The door didn't lock at all. I didn't want to mess with calling and dealing with that. I was there to see my son and only had a short amount of time and that's not how i wanted to spend the little time I had. Myself and other family members come several times a year to see my son. I would love to recommend this place but can't at this point.
