Bienvenido a True Heaven Cabin, te encantará nuestra lujosa cabaña ubicada en las hermosas montañas Blue Ridge de Ellijay. Esta es la escapada que has soñado. Levántese temprano y disfrute del café de la mañana afuera en su terraza mirando las montañas y la madre naturaleza en su mejor momento o dé un paseo por el río Coosawattee. True Heaven

Spectacular views! Fantastic amenities. Very accommodating owner and manager. This was one of the best vacation homes that we have ever stayed in. We hope to visit there again.

True Heaven Cabin is Heaven on the Mountain!!

This is a fantastic property with all the amenities to make a wonderful family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and firepit. The sunset views from the hot tub were amazing. This a perfect location and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the excellent communication and hospitality.

We had an amazing time!!

We nestled in for an awesome weekend of hot-tubbing, grilling hotdogs over the fire pit outside, and games in the cozy cabin. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Absolutely coming back next year!

Lovely Weekend

Rented this home for my best friend's bachelor party weekend. It was a great relaxing weekend catching up, playing basketball and chess and resting. 10 out of 10 would book again

Relaxing stay, 2nd visit!

2nd time visiting this cabin, absolutely one of my favorites. The driveway is a little steep compared to the road, but after you use it once it's fairly easy to use. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in a cabin stay in the mountains. Great views from everywhere in the cabin, wildlife preserve allows you to see animals and the owners a friendly and responsive. The cabin is clean, spacious and the gas fireplace is awesome.

Driveway was very steep and scarey going up and down.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The House was nice the view was fabulous. Neither fireplace worked which was disappointing and a few other things could be brought up to date.

Great Place to Social Distance

My husband, our 3yo son, and I had such a great time in this beautiful cabin. There were yard games, indoor games, a hot tub, and plenty of places to just sit and watch the breathtaking view. We made s’mores and roasted hot dogs in the fire pit, and bbq’d a few times on both the charcoal and gas grills. The owner was very responsive with any questions of ours and check-in/out was easy. We all loved our stay and didn’t want to leave! Thank you, Joseph!

relaxing getaway

This cabin was exactly what we needed. Our family was craving a getaway to relax and unplug. We did that and more with hiking, the community rec center, and peaceful surroundings at this enjoyable cabin. The place has lots of room to spread out and enjoy the view of the mountains. Everything was clean and ready to use. Even on rainy days, we were able to have fun and spend time as a family as we wanted. Ellijay and Blue Ridge are within an hours' drive from the cabin's country location. Our only negative was that the games look like they have lost a few pieces over time, like the Sorry game missing some of the pieces. It made it creative and fun to play with alterations.

True Heaven Cabin

As its name implies, you will truly feel in heaven in this lovely log cabin with amazing views. We really enjoyed the two weeks we have spent in the cabin and the area and would have wished for another week just to see the sun set over the mountains while soaking in the hot tub or just watching Netflix in the cozy family room with the calming waterfall on the wall (we loved this feature) or playing billiards upstairs or basketball outside. The cabin is beautifully located in a kind of gated community but with no neighbors in sight. We always look for a peaceful, private getaway and would really recommend this cabin to everyone who's searching for the same. It is the perfect place to unwind, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Moreover, communication mit Joseph was perfect. We always got quick and helpful replies and could settle a minor issue at the cabin after a short and friendly phone call (which can sometimes be challenging for non-native speakers like us but went smooth with Joseph). There might only be one thing you should be aware of: The cabin has an extremely steep driveway. It took us a while to get used to it but this did in no way dampen our wonderful experience and amazing vacation at True Heaven Cabin - it was worth every mile we travelled from Germany!

We had such a wonderful time at True Heaven over Memorial Day weekend. The cabin was extremely well-appointed! Our 5 year old loved the basement "cave" with the bunk beds and "her own" tv. (I'd recommend bringing a baby monitor for even a bit older kid, if you're like me, because it's truly soundproof down there!) The kitchen was great, with plenty of pots and pans. We enjoyed the hot tub on the the deck overlooking the mountains -- even spotted a pair of bald eagles on our last morning! If you're cold-natured, I'd recommend bringing an extra blanket or two, but the beds were very comfortable and clean. As other reviewers suggested, do bring extra things like soap and detergent and paper products. I don't think this is that unusual, though, for a cabin. We did use all the towels, but just washed them, and it was fine. Our favorite thing was being able to take short mountain drives to wonderful hikes at Amicalola Falls, Long Creek Falls, and Fall Branch Falls (on the Appalachian Trail). The deer that grazed down below the cabin were a treat to see, as were the birds and other animals. All in all, I would highly recommend this cabin, having stayed in many many over the years. This is among the best! Thanks for a lovely time.

Not happy

The cabin was very nice and the view was wonderful. The cabin was very isolated (which was what we wanted). The driveway was very steep and intimidating. When I was searching for a property to rent, the outside fireplace that this cabin offered led me to choose this one. However, it did not take us long to learn that the fireplace did not work. Nor did the internet service work. I contacted the owner. He was very cordial and made arrangements to have both issues checked.We arrived on Monday and on Wednesday, we were told that the fireplace could not be repaired and would have to be replaced. Thursday morning, the internet service had been restored, and he communicated that he hoped to have the fireplace working by the end of the day. Did not happen. I understand that issues like this occur, but as the property owner, he should have had the fireplace serviced at the beginning of the fall season to be sure it was operating properly. He advertised something that was not provided. As a result of all of the issues, I asked the owner to provide us with a partial refund but he refused. I definitely would not recommend doing business with this owner.

The place was serene well equipped but we had little visitors in the kitchen. Needs an exterminator! I would rent again but that problem would have to be addressed.

The absolute best mountain cabin ever!

We've rented about a dozen properties and enjoyed most of them. However, this place is absolutely amazing and we just finished our second stay! The views are to die for! The spaciousness of the three levels and 3 baths is awesome. Owner is great to work with. You won't be disappointed! (I hate writing this because I don't want it to always be booked but Joseph deserves a good review!) So I will always book early! Melissa G.
