Great house on the river. Perfect for multiple families with young children. Our kids had a blast playing in the shallow part of the river right outside the house.

Relaxing Paradise

We had the most amazing stay! The river was so peaceful. We watched geese with their babies, 8-10 deer cross, and otters playing. The beautiful river laurels were in bloom making it heaven to watch. The host was wonderful in checking in and making sure our stay was amazing. While there we went tubing with Cartecay river experience, road the railway, visited 3 waterfalls and parks, and visited lots of farms for fresh products and animal visits. This cabin is conveniently located within 30 minutes of so many amazing adventures! Definitely, make sure to book this cabin! We will for sure be back!

Everything about this home is perfect. Stocked with everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable and the layout is great for large groups. Best cabin stay so far

Amazing experience! Absolutely beautiful cabin with the best beds we have ever slept on in a rental. Location super close to shopping area and within 8 minutes we were at the grocery store. Fully equipped with everything you need including outdoor games. Backyard was amazing and being on the river was a great experience. Would recommend to everyone and we plan on booking again during the summertime to enjoy the river and backyard more.

We love this river house

This is our third stay and we will be back again! All the bedrooms are very comfortable and the amenities are plentiful. You can’t beat this spot on the river. Our children have a blast tubing and swimming. The adults love winding down the day in the hot tub. The owner is very nice and responsive to whatever we need. This one is a gem for sure!

Beautiful property inside and out!

We chose the house for the convenient location to Ellijay and the ability to be right on the Cartecay River. The location did not disappoint as the house is only about 3 miles from town. The interior of the cabin is beautiful and very cozy. The cabin was well equipped with kitchen necessities and lines/towels. Cabin is well built and very quiet. We highly recommend and plan to return. Thank you!

Great location and beautiful home!!

This was the perfect getaway for our family. We had 5 adults and 5 children with plenty of room. The sand area outside was prefect for the kids to play in. The location is very convenient yet you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. The only negative thing any of our family had to say was the outside furniture did smell like a wet dog with lots of hair on it but it certainly did not ruin our time. We will book again definitely!!!!
