We were very disappointed with our stay, as the listing was extremely misleading. It never indicated that the building had 10 suites or that the kitchen and living room were shared by all units. The kitchen photo was unclear, and the space only included a small fridge and microwave. The listing also falsely claimed ski‑in/ski‑out access and lift privileges.Security was a concern as the main building door did not lock. Inside our unit, there was no toilet paper or holder, the beds were not queen‑sized as advertised, and one bed was dangerously unstable—supported by paint cans. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut, which was frustrating and uncomfortable.Several amenities were unusable. The electric kettle was rusted and dirty with debris inside, and the provided creamer was spoiled. The microwave worked, but given the overall lack of cleanliness, we didn’t feel confident using other items.The room itself was poorly cleaned. We found dried contact lenses stuck to surfaces, along with food, tissues, rubber bands, and other trash.Overall, the property did not match the listing in safety, cleanliness, amenities, or accuracy. We will not be staying here again.
