No hot water when I arrived or the next morning so I was forced to take a freezing cold shower. The tub was dirty. The clerk that greeted me said I didn’t have a reservation despite the printout I handed him from Expedia as he doesn’t deal with 3rd parties. I was exhausted and in tears as my husband had just died and I was traveling to relocate as a result. The creepy desk guy kept asking if I “want a hug” no thank you. I will NEVER book another reservation at Holiday Inn or use Expedia which is always sounding like I am talking to someone in India who really doesn’t comprehend

Overall the hotel was nice, the bed was a little too firm for my liking but after driving for about 10 hours I was so tired it didn't even matter.

Overpriced

This is a standard hotel but extremely expensive. I paid ov$150 so my grandson could enjoy the pool on his last night visiting me. We arrived to find the elevator was not functional. We had to lug our bags up the stairs. It was later fixed but sounded sketchy. The pool waa great but cold. The room was okay but the refrigerator did not get very cold. Water pressure was lacking. Breakfast was fine except the pancake machine was empty. I let them know, but it wasn't refilled until we were done eating. For as much as we paid for this stay you would thing the place would be nicer.
