Spacious House in Great Location
House was very comfortable, had everything we needed, walk to Elizabeth Beach + handy to Seal Rocks, Forster, Booti Booti. A bit of road noise as living areas face the street but otherwise great. Would stay again.

Great looking location, house in need of some maintenance
Lovely location and lovely house, but our stay was spoilt by a needless lack of maintenance. The internal doors do not close properly so it’s impossible to use the bathrooms without the threat of the doors blowing open, But worse than that is the constant banging of the doors as they blow in the wind. It only needs to happen a few times during the night to leave you feeling exhausted and grumpy in the mornings - I can stay at home for that.... The doors would be a simple and relatively cheap fix (a couple of hours max for anyone that can wield a screwdriver). Such a shame as it means that I cannot recommend staying here. Disappointing...

Great house in a fantastic location
This was the perfect house for two families (with two kids each) to stay in. Lots of space inside, was clean and had everything we needed. It was a bit frustrating having to take all the linen (when that info wasn’t on the property listing) and we had a few teething issues with the garage door not working, no gas bottle for bbq etc but nothing that ruined our weekend away. The kitchen was well equipped and the living space was a great size. Only thing missing was a gate on the front grassed area to stop the kids running out to the driveway/road. Outdoor shower was a great addition too once we’d come back from the beach. And the beach is only a short walk which was ideal. We’ll be back for sure.
