El Pinet beach apartment, La Marina, Costa Blanca, Spain. A lovely modern, fully equipped apartment within a 10 minute walk from the beach! The location is unique between 2 protected nature reserves. On one side lies the vast dune area with pine trees of Guardamar, and on the other side the salinas of Santa Pola begin; those are the salt lakes. El Pinet is known for its fantastic beach (almost 2 km) of fine golden sand within walking distance. In El Pinet you can find the balance between nature and relaxation. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a luxurious bathroom with bath and shower and cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, private solarium. The entire apartment is equipped with an air conditioning / heating system. There is an underground garage and a large shared swimming pool which you can use, of course. It is located south of Alicante only 20 minutes from the international airport of Alicante - El Altet where daily low-cost flights go to.

Sejour agreable, semblable à l'annonce bien équipé,bonne réactivité du propriétaire, plage a15mms a pied permettant de longé les salines avec les flamants rose. Solarium appréciable pour la detente aux heures les moins chaudes ainsi que secher le linge.

Estancia muy agradable

Instamcia muy agradable. La informacion recibida por parte de la propiedad fue totalmente precisa. El apartamento esta situado en una zona muy tranquila, a las afueras de la localidad de La Marina. El recibimiento por parte de Erik fue muy correcto y muy puntual con la hora acordada. Encontramos el apartamento totalmente equipado, productos de limpieza en la cocina, jabon y suavizante para la lavadora, papel higienico, sabanas y toallas para el baño, toallas para la playa, dos sillas de playa y dos tumbonas para la zona del solarium privado. En la cocina no faltaba de nada, salvo quizas que no habia cucharillas para todos. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Plaza de garage y piscina en la misma urbanizacion. Playa del Pinet a 10 minutos andando, accesible en coche y con amplios parkings. Pueblo de La Marina a poco mas de un kilometro. Estancia muy agradable por nuestra parte; ibamos buscando un lugar tranquilo con playa cercana y con un apartamento bien equipado, y es lo que nos encontramos.

Schöne Wohnung in abgelegener Lage

Der Empfang war nett und unkompliziert, in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man braucht. (Außer das es nur einen kleinen Löffel gab.) Lage hat uns alledings nicht gefallen, da man immer mit dem Auto fahren musste. Egal ob zum Supermarkt, Strand oder zum Essen. Direkt am Häuserkomplex gibt es ein Restaurant (Ines) welches abends öffnet. Haben wir aber nicht getestet. Der Pool ist nur sehr umständlich zu erreichen, mit Chip und Schlüssel. Auch zum Verlassen des Pollbereichs wird beides wieder benötigt. Blöd wenn einer mal länger am Pool bleiben möchte. Und seine Stühle und Liegen muss man selber mitbringen, da keine Sitzmöglichkeit gegeben ist. (sind aber in der Wohnung vorhanden.) Das Beste war die Dachterrasse, die wir leider aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nur selten nutzen konnten. Aber dafür kann ja keiner was.
