"This was an awesome place to be from the moment I arrived until we left. The staff really is what did it for me. They were always so knowledgeable and ready to help. They knew their surroundings,so there was never anything they didn't know. They were great with my son too! My family and enjoyed the atmosphere. Kitchen closes earlier then supposed to,but that was only issue for me. They even have schedules for family fun and live music!Loved it here!Will definitely come back!"

"This was not what I was expecting. This was more like a large motel. Breakfast was not good..Ate breakfast on the first day and went out for breakfast the other 2 days. Super outdated, back entrance was always open; no security at all. The only plus is that it was 10 minutes away from Busch Gardens."

"It was terrible experience first of all the lady at the front desk was doing a favor on me letting me checkin was giving me rude response or felt like she just didn’t wanna be there at that moment no greetings no hospitality nothing and then she allotted me a room which wasn’t cleaned trash was full cups,cans thrown all over Bed wasn't cleaned had food leftovers on bed And it doesn’t ends here, then i went to front desk about to ask did she checked the room before letting me in she didn’t answered nothing not even a single word and saying sorry was too far! She said lemme go and find which room is clean and she opened two more room to check i mean really? She doesn’t know how to use the system or the system doesn’t have any update about rooms? Next thing she provided me another room and asked me go to the front desk and ask the another person on the desk to change the keys for the room Not even sorry for her behavior or providing me that nasty unclean used room and asking me to go myself and make a key for another room with being rude to me since i walked in the building Really this kind of we people pay for? Am attaching three images but there was more but Never going back!"
