Beautiful 1st floor condo with large fenced in private patio with built in outdoor bar. Plenty of sitting area outside. Inside has comfortable furnishings, large 65 inch TV, high speed (business) WIFI, office desk/chair. Blackout shades. Two bedrooms. Decorated with lovely touches. Located in southern Baja on the Pacific side between Cabo San Lucas and Todos Santos (10min drive). This is a small community which you will have full access to amenities, including the pool, restaurant, cantina, parking, shaded lounge area and rinse station. You are steps away from finding that perfect wave or just watching he whales and birds. This is a swimmable, surfing beach! there are many restaurants all around with many different cuisines to choose from. Short walking distance to beach.

The Very Best of Playa Cerritos.

The property was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want in terms of the Kitchen, Patio, beautiful big screen TV with super comfortable seating and to top it off, when we had an issue with the TV remote, Sophia was there in 5 minutes with batteries and a can do attitude. Love the place and WILL be back.

Excellent Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well kept, and close to everything. We were short a few kitchen items and Sofie IMMEDIATELY came over and replished in less than ten minutes. Highly recommend!
