A large terrace in front of the house offers you a wonderful panoramic view of the foothills of Los Llanos and the sea. At the grill, you can prepare your lunch freshly and sit comfortably together in the open air. A covered terrace with a table and 4 chairs offers a further seating possibility directly in front of the living area. From the main bedroom you can go directly to the terrace. The newly built outdoor area also has two sun loungers as well as two lounging chairs and was planted with cacti and palm trees. The 90sqm living space is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom en suite, a guest toilet and a living and dining area. The living area is beautifully bright and flooded by a partially glazed roof, through an adjoining door one reaches directly into the outside area.
