Excellent property with very friendly, helpful and informative staff. Good location away from busy El Nido, yet walkable into town. We had a good time here; room was comfortable and to a good standard. Cleanliness was a high standard. Downstairs in breakfast area is a bit noisy when busy, but otherwise overall tremendous.

Great place to stay!

The room was great with a wonderful view and exemplary service! The food was so good that we came back to eat here after we hopped over to Coron and were on our way back home. The owner was very gracious and friendly. I messed up one of the towel swans in the pic before taking… it was perfect before I touched it.

I've never felt so welcomed and cared for at a hotel before. Noud and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, relaxed, and tended to. They will help arrange travel, laundry, and day trips. The rooms are comfy, clean, and offer a great view. The morning breakfast is excellent and there is a great lunch/dinner menu as well. I dont think I'll bother looking at other hotels the next time I return. Can't wait to visit again once the pool.is ready!!

What can i say, the staff and owner at the property were amazing, they made sure we felt welcome and attended to at all times, the breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Great views from the good sized balcony, and loved watching the numerous geckos scurrying around. The staff happily organised tours and transfers for us and everything was settled smoothly on check out. There is some building work going on as they are having a pool installed, but this did not affect our stay at all, but will improve it for others when finished. The property is situated just outside of the main nightlife, so is quiet at night, but only 5-10mins walk of you want the bars and restaurants. Great stay and would highly recommend.

A fantastic place to stay, just 5 minute walk from El Nido town centre. We stayed in Rm3 with a balcony overlooking the vast limestone mountains. The room had 1 double and 2 twins and a bathroom. Air-conditioned with fridge. Very clean. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Noud (owner) - thank you for our fantastic stay and helping us really enjoy El Nido and its surroundings. We had the most wonderful time. We'll be back to use that pool when it is finished 👍

Just left this lovely hotel. I got the room I booked on the 3rd floor. Great view for sunset. The staff are outstanding. A great breakfast was included. Fantastic location for walking around town - plenty of dining options and access to the boat tours. Room very clean and I loved the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. AC and fan in the room. I see why this place gets good reviews.

Mansion Buenavista was a great family owned property. Noud and his family go out of their way to be helpful from the minute you arrive. Breakfast was delicious each morning especially the fresh fruit and banana pancakes. The room is spacious and a nice view from the balcony. The property is on a steep drive up so if you have mobility issues it can be difficult to stay here, but all the restaurants, bars and cafes of El Nido town are 5-10 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay - awesome hospitality

Oh, my. Where to begin? If I could give 6 stars for service, I would. I arrived early on my first day, tired after a long flight to Manila from the US and from Manila to El Nido. I was immediately greeted with a smile and the option to check in early, which was amazing. From there, it just got better. Noud, Jennifer, Mimi and the rest of the crew are all fantastic, warm, hospitable people. Very attentive and always smiling. The room was great, spotless and bright. The breakfast was amazing, with Filipino, Continental, or savory options. They take care of everything for you, book rides to Nacpan, island hopping tours, or help you get to Vanilla beach. We had dinner at the hotel one night after a long day and it was really yummy too (and very inexpensive). On our last day we were leaving early and they had breakfast and a tricycle ready for the airport by the time we went down. Truly amazing, all of them. The town is a short walk away, but not in the super touristy area, which for us was a plus. They are building a pool, so it will get even better from here. Keep up the good work, and thanks for making our stay memorable!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Mansion Buenavista. The location was perfect - close to shops and the island hopping tours. The owner, Noud, and staff were amazing and very hospitable. They were very attentive to all our needs, providing assistance in booking tours, transportation, local spa services, and so forth. Made to order breakfast were included and other dining options for lunch and dinner. The facility is very well-maintained. Special shoutout to Mimi - above and beyond service.
