The Beach Boutique House is located in "Residencial Calanuza" complex, Calle ALTEA 11, No.19, EL CAMPELLO 03560, Spain. The complex is located just 50 m from the beach - Calla Lanuza.
The Beach Boutique House offer a living-room with chimney, 2 double bedrooms, american kitchen, private courtyard with pergola/umbrella, garden furniture, professional grill, one full bathroom and one toilet with lavatory. Free Wi-Fi, Led TV.s with internet, balcony with sea view, air conditioning units, private parking space in front of the property are just some of the facilities offered for your comfort and leisure.
The residential complex has a big pool, children pool, beautiful park, it is fully gated, have all around video surveillance.
On the beach there is a nice bar and live music all summer nights.
Just 20 m from the secondary entrance of the residential complex there is the TRAM station. The TRAM goes in 10 minutes to El Campello centre, 20 minutes to Alicante and 20 minutes to Benidorm. Supermarkets to 10 minutes by TRAM.
There are 2 restaurants available at less than 100 m from the entrance of the residential complex.
