The apartment is a T3 and is in a very quiet street. It is a penthouse 4th floor with elevator of 76 m². It has 1 master bedroom with a bed in 160 cms wide with adjoining bathroom, one bedroom with two beds 90 cms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a sofa bed 2 places a TV screen Spanish chains flat table and 6 chairs, a 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture plus table and chairs, a second bathroom. the bathrooms are equipped with shower toilet and washbasin. The apartment has air conditioning.
It is located less than 100 m from the large beach that can be admired from the terrace (20m²). This beach is cleaned daily.
You can park for free in the street and on a private parking space in the basement in the residence.
All shops are nearby. On the paseo no cars, you will find many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, clothing stores and shoes etc ... Several supermarkets are within 5 minutes walk.
If you want to walk around and visit Alicante, there is a bus line (300 m) and a tram station (500m) which will take you downtown.
It is therefore an apartment ideally located, quiet, downtown, and close to the beach and all the shops.
Rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday during the high season (July - August). In the proposed price are included final cleaning, bed linen, towels, linen.

What a Wonderful Holiday!

We like the town and the sea front facilities, having visited before, and the tram connecting Alicante to so many coastal locations. So, we booked this apartment or 5 weeks, January and February 2023 after reading reviews. What a wonderful holiday! The apartment has views over the Mediterranean to the south and east, is only 30 metres from the clean, sandy beach and, at this time of year, has wall to wall sunshine from dawn till dusk on the totally private balcony. It’s a penthouse apartment on the 4th floor with lift access and private car park facilities. The apartment is at the very south side of the building, with locked door, very secure access, and is clean, tidy and well maintained. The sunrise was totally different every morning, and quite spectacular most mornings. The area is very quiet and well kept, but restaurants and supermarkets are very close along mainly pedestrianised areas, and the Marina is only about a 15 minute walk away. Several good Italian, Spanish and Chinese restaurants are within easy reach of the apartment plus bars and Valor, the chocolate bar/café. Supermarket Mercadona is only 3 minute walk away, the major store TEDi is on the ground floor, and a bakery is 1 minute walk away, also selling water and milk. The apartment is very well equipped, warm in winter, clean and modern, with a nice modern kitchen having all facilities, plus a large lounge with flat screen TV (many international channels), and fast Wi-Fi. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, love the apartment, think El Campello is wonderful, and hope to be back soon. Thank you Armand and Karine for your prompt responses to our questions and for organising transport to and from the airport.

Very well equipped, exceptionally clean, ideal position, very close to beach and shopping. Would definitely recommend for future visit. One suggestion, it would benefit with more comfortable outside leisure seating.

Our stay was amazing due to the lovely, immaculate apartment - clean, and with many facilities, and the location was less than a minute walk to the main part of the beach in El Campello, and 3 mins walk to supermarkets. We have visited El Campello over the last 10 years and this is the best apartment we have stayed in.

Great apartment, nicely decorated, spacious, clean, everything you needed for a great stay. The balcony was a great place to sit and chill with a glass of wine. Great location, beautiful beach, plenty of good restaurants, and shops. El Campello is a lovely place, with lovely people. The owner was very attentive, along with Karine who met us to give us the keys and an overview of the apartment. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting El Campello.

Beach and amenities very clise

Excellent apartment as advertised, has almost everything you could want. Quiet street and quiet building. 2 minutes walk to beach and shops. Fine garage underneath building. Definitely a good choice for a holiday.

Een dikke 10. Gaan al 25 jaar met 3 of meer vriendinnen in de leeftijd van 63 tot 70 op vakantie. Hebben nog nooit zo'n compleet appartement gehad . Alles was perfect. De ligging, winkels en supermarkten. Tram,boulevard, restaurants. Alles klopt gewoon. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst door Carina. In een woord samen gevat. PERFECTO!

A destacar la disponibilidad del propietario ante cualquier duda. Casa muy bien ubicada, con acceso rápido a la playa, y comercios. Almost perfect!

The best apartment I've ever rented, indeed. Big rooms full of light, big (really big!!) terrace, all new and clean including all the equipment that we needed during our vacations (washing and dish machines), showers worked perfect. There were some hot days and air condition system working in every room was our salvation! The apartment even has a parking place! One of the greatest things was the distance to the beach - it is really 50 meters! Highly recomended to everyone! P.S. The only thing that can be unconvenient is that there is no WIFI in apartment - but this problem was solved with buying prepaid phone cards with 20 Gb of internet for 25 euro in Locutorio (phone store nearby).

Fantastic place to stay in El Campello

Very cozy flat, equipped with all necessary appliances and everything works perfectly. Large terrace with nice view over the sea and the city, was a very nice place for breakfast and dinner with the family. Very short distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The two bathrooms further facilitated our stay. The only recommendation is maybe a access to WiFi, we had our european internet on the phones, but it would be a great extra for the stay. We are definitely very pleased for our stay and gladly recommend it.

Precioso apartamento en primera línea

Apartamento reformado, completamente equipado, tiene absolutamente de todo. Habitaciones espaciosas, baños reformados, enorme terraza con vistas al mar, ideal para comer o cenar porque tiene unos toldos estupendos, hasta 6 personas. Ideal para ir en familia, nosotros fuimos con un niño y un bebe y es super cómodo porque la playa está a 1 minuto y es estupenda para ir con niños, muy tranquila. Mercadona a 3 minutos andando, y un lidl como a 8 minutos. Cerca de restaurantes, porque está al lado del paseo. El propietario super amable, igual que la chica que nos dió las llaves, se preocuparon de que no nos faltara nada. Limpio y muy bien cuidado. Sin duda para repetir.

Parfait magnifique séjour

L'appartement est conforme à sa description, il est très fonctionnel propre et bien équipé. Le lieu est tout simplement magnifique, la plage n'est qu'à 100 m, beaucoup de restaurant et une bonne ambiance. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les personnes sur place, merci également au propriétaire qui a été très réactif lors des échanges de mails (ou téléphone) et disponible pour toute question. Je recommande vivement cette destination afin de passer des vacances sans mauvaise surprise.
