Stayed for a night while in Edson for work. Staff were very accommodating. Very pleased with overall experience. Only thing I would have liked to have was a hot tub but will definitely stay here next time I'm in Edson.

I did not like the fact that i requested a room with 2 queen beds in the room for 3 people but when i went to the room it was a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa and i was not told this when checking in and I was charged for $211.00 with taxes . The teller at the front desk told me when i went back to the front desk that it was a free upgrade. I thought it was more expensive than I was quoted. When i book with Expedia I asked for two queen beds I am very upset that I requested 2 queen beds for $175.00 plus taxes and was charged more for my stay. I would like to be reimburse for the difference..

Unprofessional and unpleasant breakfast staff

We stayed at your hotel on June 21,22, and 24 nights. The most unpleasant experience happened on June 25 morning before we checked out. There was a small guy wearing glasses serving breakfast that morning. When we arrived in the breakfast area, it was pretty empty. However, most of the tables were not cleaned. Then this guy got himself a yogurt, leaned against a pillar near the TV, started eating his yogurt, and watched TV at the same time. Later, he got himself a toast and started eating again. All this happened before 9am, the time the restaurant was supposed to be closed for breakfast. At our age, we stayed in many hotels before and we never saw something like this. We found it unpleasant and very unprofessional! Hope your hotel will not let something like this happen again. For the other two nights when stayed at your hotel, the breakfast guy was a bigger man who was very professional, pleasant, and clean. He did a good job.

Typical holiday inn like all the others. Same basic breakfast and service. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was decent and clean. Bathroom shower has wicked water pressure, which was awesome. Wifi was slow and cut out a few times. Parking kinda sucked with all the big trucks taking up more than 1 spot. You get a 2.5 because wifi sucked and pancake machine was broken during my stay.

The staff was great. We complained about the heater not working and we were transferred right away to the next room. The only thing that disturbed us was when the fire alarm sounded, we all rushed to the hallway and learnt that it was a false alarm because children played with it.

The beds were like sleeping on plywood, the breakfast was terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff let someone else with the same last name as me cancel my reservation without even calling me or asking me about it. I had to get them to put the room back in my name, thank goodness they weren’t full and I still got the room I reserved. I would not recommend this hotel Over priced for what you get
