The room was very small, respectively standard room, but my accomodation was deluxe room. Other minus was the drain of bathroom blocked

Great hotel

Very nice museum hotel - perfect for a stay in Edirne. Rooms are beautiful in ottoman style. Extreme good and wellcoming service. Great located for sightseeing.

This is an amazing hotel - absolutely unique in all ways. It is restored Ottoman building, exquisitely furnished rooms with display of all sorts of antique objects from 50 to 150 years old. Total feeling of living in the past! Hotel owner - Guner - is a super welcoming host. He introduced us to the property, his project of restoration of old buildings in the neighborhood, shared the history of the Edirne and charged us with his enthusiasm towards history and love for the place! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

A very nice option to stay in Edirne!

The hotel is very beautiful, in an old building that kept the old-traditional style. The room was large, comfortable and very nice decorated. The owners were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the town. The breakfast was very good. A minus would be that the turkish coffee is not included in the breakfast, it must be paid extra.

Two old Ottoman houses have been combıned to create a charming hotel. Spotlessly clean, my room was peaceful and my bed was very comfortable. Although the family running it speak no English and my Turkish is limited all went very smoothly. A huge, fabulous breakfast every morning was great!

This is a nice building converted from a historical mansion I believe. If you wish to smell the history of Edirne, this is the place you would like to stay . Conveniently located at a walking distance to Alipasa bazaar. The staff is very nice, friendly and professional. The night staff was kind enough to prepare us a Turkish coffee and we really appreciated . Our room was very clean and all the system was functioning... The breakfast was excellent All the food was freshly prepared and delicious... Highly recommended for everyone...

A Historic Wooden Mansion in Edirne

This is a boutique hotel. It is located in two conjoined wooden mansions that have historic meaning. The room that I stayed in - I was traveling solo - was quite small. The en suite bathroom had been carved out of what once had been a much larger room. The room had been beautifully restored with wooden plank floors and wood detail throughout the room. The bed was large and comfortable. Everything about the room spotlessly clean. The breakfast was not a familiar Western breakfast, but a sampling of traditional Turkish plates. I had looked for this kind of breakfast throughout my stay in Turkey and was immensely gratified to find it here. The hotel is located in Edirne. Edirne is not at a distance comfortable for a day trip from Istanbul, but makes for a good two day trip. It has a great deal to offer a visitor. Principally, it offers one of the finest mosques in the Muslim world. But there are other mosques that repay a visit - the Old Mosque with it's unexpected internal decoration; the nearby, beautifully decorated 3 Balconies Mosque; the Murad mosque beautifully situated, and the Beyazit Mosque, again beautifully located on a river on the edge of town with the added bonus of a fine museum on the history of Ottoman medicine. The town is worth a visit. The hotel owners will ensure that your stay will be pleasant.

Very comfortable stay

This is a small 'Ottoman' style boutique hotel situated in the historic Kaleici area of Edirne. Although the owners spoke no English they were very welcoming from start to finish. A nice touch was a personalised welcome letter explaining about the hotel and what to see and do in Edirne. I possibly had my best couple of night's sleep on the luxury mattress. Breakfast was downstairs in the restaurant and consisted of a Turkish style spread of dishes. Sadly the restaurant was no open when I was there - but that was on a Sunday /Monday night.
