Great stay. V friendly staff

The staff were so friendly and helpful and even took our bags to our room while we visited the tien . It made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms too were very comfortable with huge windows looking out to the Firth of Forth.

Lovely hotel

The staff in the hotel are amazing, especially the bar manager who made great cocktails! The room looked nice and was very comfy, no complaints. Will be coming back at some point for sure.

The hotel was great the food was amazing, what made this hotel stand out was the staff they where all friendly and helpfull nothing was to much trouble , the area is a beautiful part of Scotland , I would certainly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return in the near future

the rooms are outdated, room was dusty, black mould in the bathroom, downstairs in the lounge and bar area it was lovely and modern. Didn't see the point in having to order breakfast the night before and give a time as we still had to wait 25 mins on our breakfast which was ok.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel so welcome and safe. Nothing was too much trouble for the fantastic Hotel “family” who I can’t wait to go back and see again.
