Our holiday home, again with 4 stars classified in April 2018, for 2-4 persons, is high quality and comfortably furnished, 120 sqm living space. Distribution: On the first floor there is 1 living room with access to the large balcony facing south, doors with fly protection, balcony furniture. Flat-screen satellite TV, DVD, CD, radio, telephone, dining area / bar to fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 burner stove, oven, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, etc., 1 bedroom with access balcony, double bed m. adjustable slatted frame, radio, hairdryer. 1 bath m. Tub / shower, 2 sinks, toilet, hairdryer. The stairs lead to the studio (40 sqm) on the second floor: double bed m. adjustable slatted frames, flat screen satellite TV, stereo, seating area, hairdryer, 2. WC. Guests sunbathing. Cot, high chair. Beds made up on arrival. Hand / bath towels are provided free of charge by us. Washer, dryer. Garage a. W .. Pavilion, lawn, barbecue. Franconian Switzerland offers a wide range of cultural events, such as concerts and theater in caves, churches, open air, castles and châteaux. Caving, climbing on very nearby rock walls, ropes course and summer toboggan run in close proximity, e-bike rental u. Charging stations, Nordic walking floor rental in the house.
