Enjoy a memorable Coastal Vacation at this gorgeous bayside property in Eastpoint, FL. This property has all the amenities of many St. George Island homes in a more private, peaceful setting.

If you'd like to get out and about, you have the white sand beaches of SGI just 10 minutes over one bridge and the Historic town of Apalachicola with shopping and restaurants over another bridge. Truly the perfect location for it all!

This property is literally PARADISE! Inside and out!

Property Details:

This beautiful custom home has a spacious layout for families or groups of friends, and takes in a breathtaking view of the Apalachicola Bay from inside and out of the home. The home has a modern kitchen with most accessories one would need to cook meals. A private master on the south side of the house with Large walk-in shower and private entrance. Then 3 additional bedrooms on the Northside of the home provide plenty of sleeping capacity and space for most families or groups.

POOL: This home has arguably one of the largest swimming pools for a private residence in Franklin county on the vacation rental market! Another plus at this house is a large screened in porch that provides the perfect place to watch countless sunsets, and kids playing in the Pool! Then enjoy tons of natural shade in the manicured backyard under the southern oak trees. You will truly feel like you're in a private paradise!

HOT TUB: We just installed a brand new hot tub that comfortably fits seven people and it's right next to the pool! Photos coming soon!

DOCK: We have a brand new, private dock that our guests can enjoy during their stay! Sunsets, fishing or just relaxing!

** FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS **

1. Can we access the bay behind the house for fishing or swimming?

Definitely for fishing!! We have just completed Phase 1 of renovating the shoreline down below near the bay with steps from the back yard and a ridge to sit closer to water, for fishing or just to enjoy the view and the GORGEOUS sunsets over the water. You're also welcome to fish from the new dock.

However, for swimming, you can swim at your own risk in the Bay. But I'd still plan on using the pool or take a short drive to the white sand beach at St. George Island. The bridge to get to the island is just 5 minutes down the road.

2. Are there dedicated fishing spots in the area?

Absolutely! There is a very nice fishing pier on both sides of the St. George Island Bridge. Both of them also have a boat ramp if you have any kind of watercraft that you’d like to bring with you. There is also a little area off to the side of the bridge over to Apalachicola.

3. Can we bring a boat, kayaks or other watercraft?

Definitely! We have plenty of room in the drive and there are two boat landings just down the road for boats and you can put your kayaks in right from the property.

4. Is the pool heated?

You may purchase heat for $250 per week from March 1st - Nov. 30th. Just let us know if you would like that feature upon booking and we will get you setup.

To say this place is amazing would be an understatement! The house is as pictured but this place exceeded my expectations in person. The views are unbeatable and the sunsets were the prettiest I've ever seen. The house is laid out so well that our group of 8 had plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool every day and went out on the pier each morning to fish, drink our coffee, and watch the dolphins swimming in the bay. My favorite was watching the pelicans flying over and perching on the nearby posts. We also enjoyed feeding the koi fish in the pond each morning. The house was fully stocked with anything we needed and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. We will definitely be back next year!!

Absolutely beautiful!! I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed this property. The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool is huge in comparison to most pools around. The outside is amazing. The best place we have rented in almost 10 years of coming to this area.

Beautiful property, would definitely stay again

The property is beautiful, and was as described. The house does need some attention- the electric in the home seems a bit dicey. Some of the lights and plug outlets don’t work at all and some lights constantly flickered. The beds in two room’s (the bunks and the bedroom next to it ) definitely need an upgrade- its hard to enjoy your stay when you can’t get a good nights sleep. The house could have been cleaner, there were large noticeable cobwebs everywhere and the windows were beautiful but so dirty it wasn’t as pleasant looking out of them. The pool was excellent we paid for heating and checked in Saturday afternoon. The pool wasn’t warm enough to swim in until Monday but after it warmed up it was great. The pier, views and sunsets were spectacular! The yard was nice but pest control would be helpful, there were ant hills everywhere and we all had bites, the ants were also bothersome around the pool. Communication with property manager could have been better. I have stayed in many VRBO properties- some I communicated with the owners themselves, others property managers. In the past I always felt welcome and appreciated as a guest, honestly when I had questions or issues on this trip , I felt like I was a bother. She did get things taken care of but I was glad I didn’t have to reach out to her anymore than I did. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to go back. If you are looking for a quiet beautiful getaway this place has it all!

Family Bacation

Beautiful property. So peaceful and relaxing. Just gorgeous landscape and beautiful sunsets made our trip so enjoyable. The house is getting tired( worried toilets would overflow -they never did)and (worried about the koi pond drying up). We reported our concerns. Maintenance came to fix the door handles but did not fix them. The washing machine sounds like a rocket taking off. The pool is so beautiful(wonderful pool towels available )and the dock was fun for fishing and watching dolphins. 0ur family really enjoyed all the space in the house. A great vacation!
