5 bedroom dream house in East Falmouth with direct oceanfront views from every bedroom and bathroom, covered porch steps away from the ocean with a TV, private porch off the master bedroom, big front lawn and back lawn with patio and grill directly on the ocean. Private association beach is just around the corner with a beach volleyball court. The house has been recently renovated and decorated. You will be among the first guests to stay at our house and we are excited to welcome you. Our Cape Cod house is meticulously cleaned top to bottom before arrival and we will do everything to ensure your stay is perfect. Depending on the month, you can see sunrise and sunset from the house. You look right out and see Martha's Vineyard. The July 4 fireworks happen behind the house. You are close to downtown (just 5 min away) but far enough away to have quiet.

On the main floor, there is a fully stocked kitchen, dining area that can seat up to 12 people, and living room area, all with full ocean views. There is a queen bedroom facing the ocean with a writing desk, and a bedroom with two bunk beds perfect for children or adults. There are built in speakers (bluetooth controlled) in the living room as well as outside on the ocean. Adjacent and just outside to these rooms is a large covered porch. The large guest bathroom is situated adjacent to these rooms.
Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom with ocean views and adjacent bathroom with original black and white tiling. At the back of the queen bedroom lies a private closet area that can also serve as a quiet space to place a crib. The next room serves as either a bedroom with two twin daybeds or a sitting room for guests with a full ocean view as well. On the other side of this room lies the master bedroom, meticulously decorated with views of the ocean and an adjoining private patio. The master bath contains a large rain head shower and two vanities. Enjoy a large walk-in closet as well.
