Beautiful lakefront home-1 acre, on Eagle River chain! Only 5 min from downtown!

Welcome to Vacation On Voyaguer. Eagle River is home to the largest chain of fresh water lakes in the world. Our Beautiful home offers a beautiful view of Voyageur lake, dock and water access with a cute beach. Water trampoline witha slide. A fire pit with chairs in the back yard. Patio with a gas grill, screened in porch with a picnic table and outdoor furniture. A short 5 minute drive to downtown. A loop around drive way with a flat lot for easy access for snowmobiles and trails. You will find four bedrooms upstairs, including a master with queen bed and a master bathroom. A queen bed in one room, trundle bed and bunk beds in another, and a last bedroom with another queen bed. The main floor offers a kitchen and dining room looking out to the lake. Also two living spaces, one leading out into the screened in porch with a large couch, and the other in front with a tv and queen futon couch. The basement includes a pool table, couch and chair, futon couch, TV, and laundry room. Another room in the basement with a queen bed and twin pull out sofa. Wave runner and boat rentals close by.

Great place on the Eagle River Chain

Very nice central location on the Eagle River Chain. Awesome huge dock. Nice sandy swimming area for kids. Close to multiple bar/restaurants you can get to by boat.

Great time in Eagle River!

Very nice property on the Eagle River chain. Large dock and easy access from the house. Nice swimming area+toys for the grad kids. House easily slept 6 adults and two children. Very fast internet allowed streaming of the Olympics in the evening. Short drive into town. Well equipped kitchen.
