Everything about this hotel was a 10/10! I look forward to going again! If you’re looking for class and luxury then you’d be heading to Crowne Plaza Durres. Our room was very clean. Staff are super friendly and so sweet! The spa treatment was worth every penny and the breakfast and food tasted so fresh!

The hotel is in a great location, is clean, and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the water views are spectacular. I would like to see more food variety on the menu and a microwave in the room. It would also be great to have a vending area for snacks and refreshments since families with kids always need to have those available.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel for my birthday. My room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff were engaging and pleasant. I was pleased to receive a cake and wine for my birthday. It was soo sweet. I like that the hotel was in proximity of a small market, ice cream shop and the ocean. People were able to walk around and enjoy the amazing weather and visit the local restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Just go ahead and STAY HERE!!! Fantastic location, incredible staff… Roman ruins nearby…. and a huge variety of restaurants! It’s the BEST. Hotel restaurants are excellent. Front desk staff - Esmeralda(!!!), Kleant, Orhan and Sabiela - are AWESOME! Aylin in the ground floor restaurant was extremely helpful and nice! Rooms were very clean. The pool, sauna and gym are impressive! Really a 5 star experience!!! Book sea view if possible, it’s worth the price. Oh! And the air conditioning works too!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Durrës and genuinely couldn’t fault the service from the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, but a special thank you has to go to Hergi at reception and Ankur, the restaurant manager. Both were so polite, kind and always happy to help with recommendations for local restaurants, bars and things to do, which made exploring the area so much easier. The spa was also fantastic. I had one of the best deep tissue and cellulite massages by Mary — absolutely amazing and so relaxing. As the hotel is still new, they even provided a spa coupon which was such a lovely touch. Breakfast was another highlight with a huge selection of fresh fruit, salads, cold meats and cheeses, alongside a cook-to-order menu with even more options available. We were also unexpectedly upgraded to a balcony room with a gorgeous sea view, which made the stay feel even more special. The only things missing for us were an outdoor pool or dedicated sunbathing area, and a jacuzzi/hot tub — these would make the hotel absolutely perfect. Overall, an amazing stay and we would definitely return. Thank you again to the incredible staff for making our trip so memorable.

Das Hotel war modern und neu, die Zimmer groß und Schön. Leider wurden die Zimmer trotz Schild nicht täglich gereinigt. erst nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurden Handtücher gewechselt und das Zimmer sauber gemacht.Kostenlose Wasserflaschen, die eigentlich inkl. sein sollten, mussten wir täglich erfragen und am ende sogar bezahlen ( 7,-€). Außerdem haben wir trotz Aufpreis keine Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen, weil es nichts frei war.! Der Supervisor an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Positiv war sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Das Frühstück war gut aber da genauso sehr sehr lange auf ein Tasse Cafe warten muss. Das Restaurant außerhalb des Hotels, das ebenfalls dazugehört, war sehr Lecker aber da Restaurant im Hotel 2. Etage Abendeesen nicht zum empfehlen
