The pictures and what is listed does not match what you actually get. Upon arriving a guest at the check out counter stated that he had just checked in and his bedding was dirty. The staff handed him clean sheets for him to change his bedding. This kept me alert to check my own. We came into our room and sure enough our bedding looked like it was from the previous guests. We found hair and stains. The showers had hair and grime on the shower doors, pee stains on the toilets, counters in the room had stains from food/drinks, and the pillows had stains. When we question the front desk, we were immediately told to request a refund. NO apologies or remediation offered, initially. I explained to them we were so close to our concert time and hotels were booked all around us. They do not have cleaning staff throughout the day. Later the front desk staff member came up and changed the bedding and wiped some areas with Windex. With the sanitizing supplies that we brought with us, we ended up cleaning it ourselves. In the evening while we slept, we heard a lady screaming at the top of her lungs. Another guest, said their room had broken electronics. The back door that should have key passes, did not have them. So anyone can walk in and have access to all floors. Breakfast was not great. Upon leaving, I asked for a receipt to confirm that I checked out at the right time to ensure I didn't get charge for being late. The front desk was rude and refused. I waited and he printed it out.
