First and foremost, there are numerous events that take place at The State University of New York at Fredonia, which is about 5 minutes from the house. This is the link to all of their activities and events.

We spent a couple nights here while visiting out of town family, this fit the bill and then some. I would stay again. The one room upstairs runs colder than others but there were extra blankets to make it a non issue. The sound insulation isn’t great and we had to tolerate the sound of blowing wind and, one night, the music from the event space across the street.

Great property - centrally located

My sister and I were the guests (both 60) and everything was clean and orderly when we arrived. There are two beds and a bath upstairs and a master bed and central bath with washer and dryer downstairs. Perfect for the two of us! The location is just down the street from The Point - which is a very popular location for sunsets, beach combing, swimming and picnics. It is also centrally located to the city's pier with shops and restaurants and entertainment in the summer time. Ryan and Emily are top notch hosts! We will definitely stay here again!
