Fully renovated City Villa with 2 large bedrooms.

This fully renovated, warm and sunny apartment is self- contained and has two large bedrooms with queen beds, with all linen provided.

It has a lounge/dining area, flat screen freeveiw TV, DVD player, DVDs and board games. It has a private, sunny deck, and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower; there is heating in each bedroom and a heat pump/air conditioner in the lounge.

The city centre and Mornington village are both a short stroll away, with an abundance of amenities, including cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, florist, petrol station and more.

A great location from which you can visit the sights, architecture and tourist attractions Dunedin has to offer such as the Railway Station, Larnach Castle, Speights Brewery, Toitu and Otago Museums.

Or, if you are feeling adventurous, ride the Taieri Gorge Train or visit Otago Peninsula and the Royal Albatross Colony.

Public transport is close by and there is a bus service that runs regularly to the University via the city.

The photos don't do this place justice!It is a lot bigger than expected, beautiful leafy outlook, quiet and had everything we needed for our 2 nights in Dunedin.It is a bit of a hill to and from town, but Dunedin is a hilly place. Would stay again and would recommends

Very good value for money. We hit a cold snap in Dunedin during summer and were able to keep cosy. Had everything we needed. Easy downhill walk to the Octagon pas some grand old houses. Good cardiac workout on walk up!

Top of the Town

The property was impeccable quite a lot of thought had gone into us as guests. We had very specific instructions as how to work the various appliances a First Aid Kit for emergencies. Names and addresses for Doctors, Pharmacy, Hospital and Emergency numbers were supplied. Where too eat up and down the street. Beautifully quiet. Entrance is by stairs going down to the unit. No problems recommending this place. Thankyou to the owners who made our stay trouble free.

Home away from home

Very impressed with Sycamore Villa, so comfortable and homely. Had everything we needed, beds were very comfy and heaters in each room. The deck was nice and sunny with a beautiful outlook of autumn trees. Location was perfect, close to city centre and supermarket near by.
