The apartment is good in size and in good condition. So no issues with the unit as such as it was roomy, everything worked etc. Actually quite nice to be entirely fair. However and its an important however. Located on the other side of street immediately below the apartment at street level is a nite club!! We stayed there on a Sat and Sun evening. Sat night noise was very loud and went on till 3am (started around 9pm) which was when the loud base music eventually stopped. Then another hour before the crowds finally left. Even with ear plugs its still very loud until approx 4am To say we didnt get much sleep is an understatement. Sun night was marginally better but only because the music kicked in much later and the crowds lower as presumably would be expected. We somehow missed other reviews on this issue…so we own that. So again the unit is 5 stars for size and contents but the location is 1 star at best due to the noise issue. Maybe if u stayed there early in the week the noise might not be an issue but I def would not recommend Fri/Sat/Sun
