All the amenities you need with nearby access to the GSP airport, Greenville, Greer, and Spartanburg, as well as a thoughtfully designed open living area, with three bedrooms, a bonus room that can serve as a work office (or to sleep a seventh person), and two well-appointed bathrooms. Additionally, you'll find a stunning backyard that beckons you to unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Spread out on the chaise-longue, cook in your own kitchen or the backyard BBQ, then sink into a soft bed after your daytime adventures.

The space: Inside, you'll discover a haven of comfort and style. The living area invites you to relax on the plush chaise-longue, while the fully equipped kitchen provides a delightful space to showcase your culinary skills. Should you prefer the outdoors, a backyard BBQ awaits, offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining and entertaining. At the end of each day's adventures, retire to one of the invitingly soft queen size beds and sink into a restful slumber.

Guest access: The entire house is yours to enjoy, except for one closet and the backyard toolshed; If you'd like to use the garage to park your vehicle, please let the host know in advance so we can set you up with a garage remote or an access code.

Centrally located, Perfect fit for a Great Weekend

This was just perfect for an adult friend's weekend. Located between Greenville and Spartanburg, it allowed us to visit both. The house is clean and well-maintained, with an open concept with flexible seating arrangements, which is excellent for visiting, but can get a little loud when everyone is talking. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen, no carpet. (One thing about the bathrooms. The pictures on this confused me, and I thought that there was only one shower in the house. The guest bath has a shower/tub set up, and the master bath has a single shower and a large tub.) It ended up being an excellent option for our group, allowing us more time together.

Work Trip

The property was great to stay. The only improvement I would’ve liked is the master bed was a queen and it wasn’t really sturdy. My family enjoyed the home while I worked. John was very responsive to a small issue that we had. I would still stay here again when I visit the area in July.

Perfect for me

I needed a monthly rental property, for a work trip. I can only thank my lucky stars I found this place. It was perfect for me and my employees, Vlad was one of thee best, I f not the best host I ever had the pleasure and privilege, to encounter. Next time I visit it will be a vacation, so I can truly enjoy myself, without the pressures of work involved. This was the perfect home away from home.
