Your sign does not tell the story with full disclosure outside. When and where do you inform patrons to get parking validated so they avoid paying twice as much for a single night of overnight parking? It feels like a scam.

The front desk clerk was unfriendly at check in. The sheets on the bed were dirty. A very nice employee did however arrived right away and switched them for fresh sheets. The service in the bar was very slow. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were terrible.

Maintenance and Prevention

We had checked in a few hours and just before retiring for an early flight the next morning we heard a dripping noise only to find the ceiling air conditioning vent was leaking. My husband contacted the front desk who sent someone from maintenance who could do nothing. Just by looking at this you knew this was not the first time staining and peeling on the ceiling. Then the night supervisor came saw it and then went on to give us another room which was now an hour later. This room should not have been given to guests the problem has existed for quite sometime so can expose quest to bacterial respiratory infections one being legionella. I want management to take this complaint seriously and correct this problem immediately. Also just saying sorry was not enough and the slow response plus not acknowledging that this was not a new discovery will make me think twice about using this hotel chain.

Great place to stay to get to the Dublin airport

Great hotel for getting to Dublin airport quickly. Shuttle took us over before 4am. If you have an early flight out it's a great place to stay.

Pratique pour aéroport, on peut s’y rendre à pied ou avec la navette. Brasserie tout près repas en continu. Aussi autobus pour se rendre à Dublin ou Malahide! Le buffet déjeuner est excellent et tôt, très apprécié.
