Free upgrade was great, safe didnt work and tv hardly worked, tried to advise but reception wasnt helpful, was told the next day that reception should have been able to help. Other than this, was great!

Property was good. Servied apartments were not serviced Sunday. Asked for 1 hour later checkout and refused. Expensive apartments and staff were not willing to give anything on chekout time. Would expect a little give and take considering the price.

We had a 3 night family holiday in 2x3 bedroom apartments. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Quest is also close to the Main Street and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. I liked they had secure parking, but one night there were no spaces and we had to park on the street. The only thing that could be improved were the mattresses, which weren’t all that comfortable.

The accommodation is well located however there were a few negatives: Check in at Quest hotels take a deposit that can take up to 7 days to be refunded not happy with this arrangement, it should be refunded on check out. This Quest accommodation had a strong smoker smell. The bathroom needed repairs to loose taps The room is showing its age, needs a referb
