They charge you for everything,if you want clean towels they charge you 10 dollars for two big towels and two small towels if you want them to clean you room you have to pay for it,is better that you go to a regular hotel where they can provide everything for you without a change!! Don't stay here.

This felt like a complete scam. I booked this apartment specifically for the Burj Khalifa view. Just one hour before check-in, they changed both the apartment and the building without informing us. The new unit had no Burj Khalifa view at all. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating. What was advertised is not what we received. I would not recommend this property.
