The hotel smells incredible - you literally won’t want to leave. Spa is also very very nice - had a scrub and massage which was wonderful. So many good choices in the buffet and the staff will do their best to accommodate dietary needs. Always asking! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special! We will be back!

El Taj Exotica Hotels Dubai fue una experiencia fantástica para nuestra familia con adolescentes. Disfrutaron la sala de juegos juvenil y nosotros del bar deportivo para ver partidos de futbol. La piscina enorme y la playa privada fueron un éxito. Las instalaciones son de primera. Hemos elegido el desayuno y fenomenal , enorme. Lo más destacable fue el personal atento y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. En resumen, muy recomendable para familias con adolescentes que buscan lujo y un servicio excepcional en the Palm. ¡Esperamos volver!

Exceptional staff and service topped off by amazing dining especially at Varq . Thanks to all staff special mention to management team Arminder& Pallavi, rishabh manager of Varq , head chef Pankaj(Varq) , Sarthak, noor at palm kitchen. Celebrated my wife’s 60th birthday truly memorable . Will visit this beautiful hotel again - nothing was too much for the staff .
