Everything is Exceptional in Taj 10/10. We enjoyed every moment; we’ll back each visit to Dubai. First class hotel, clean, comfort, quiet, new facilities and heated pool. The hotel is very friendly for families with children, a lot of activities and warm people. The service is amazing – the pool, the beach, the restaurant, the kids club, the vallet – everywhere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The room service isn’t like any other place, especially the beautiful smell in the evening! All staff are super friendly and attentive, especially Abdullah the pool’s lifeguard and the kids club team – Nusfa, Sachini and Cherry. Thank you, Taj, Samir and Farida Kablan

Ruined a good vacation.

Negative: Staff was not friendly and they tried to oversell me on a room that they were already supposed to give me. When I declined paying they put me in a room which smelled very bad. My family had trouble breathing and got sick because of the smell. The staff came and sprayed chemicals in the room to remove the smell. The smell didn't go away and we ended up getting sick. The shower was also broken and the maintainance guys came to fix it wasting my time and left the bathroom dirty. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and helped with getting a better room and I spent the rest of the days there. Positive: The welcome was nice even tho the receptionist ruined it after but the hotel overall looks very nice. I just wished the Staff was nicer and the management taking care of the hotel looks at everything closely because you can see lots of corner cuts in the maintanince of the hotel.

Fantastic stay (3 nights) at beautiful property, super clean , great views but most of all truly outstanding staff who understand customer service. Our Sea View Rooms were great and were ready even though we came in early . Excellent dining options Varq - fine dining at its best ! we went for dinner twice and were truly impressed. Try the Lamb Biryani and Makhmali chicken. From the staff to the chef and the manager everyone was super attentive to the guests Raia - Great middle eastern food, great views from rooftop and outstanding service. try the hot mezze and lamb chops Emperor Lounge: Simply Fantastic service by all the staff there aling with great food. Try the Masala Chai, Lamb Wrap and Mumbai and Arabic afternoon High Tea if you get a chance! Also nice pool, great beach and excellent Spa Wonderful experience!!!
