I strongly advise against booking these apartments through this company. I arrived for check-in at 3:00 PM, having already paid for a two-week stay in advance. The doors were closed, and the security guard informed me that there was no information about my reservation and that he couldn't let me in. We called various numbers, but no one answered. It wasn't until 7:30 PM that I finally got a response, and at 8:00 PM the guard had the necessary information. The security staff were extremely rude and offered no assistance. When I finally got into the apartment, it turned out to be very old and poorly maintained. The balcony was dirty, and the sofas were all stained. The dining area was outdated, making it impossible to eat or cook comfortably. There was no kettle or hangers. Moreover, they don't provide keys to the entrance door, so you constantly have to ask the guard to let you in and he did not appear to be happy about this.. There are nearby apartments with new renovations for the same price. Additionally, there were cockroaches in the building because the trash bins were right on the floor. I highly recommend avoiding this company when booking! Also, be prepared to pay a deposit of 1500 dirhams in cash. I had to wait a long time for the return of the deposit upon checkout, and what was most unpleasant is that I did not get my deposit back! Although they said it would be returned in cash when taking the deposit. Be cautious with this company! Overall, a very disappointing.
