Jonrad Hotel no longer exists.It closed a month ago and Expedia did not notify us.We arrived by taxi after a 17 hour flight from New Zealand at 6am to a closed and deceased operating Hotel.This is very stressful and costly for us.We expect a full refund and apology from Expedia. We had to waste our precious day in Dubai looking for other accommodation .

The hotel is very dated. So much noises of outside aircondition fans. Water pressure in bath is next to nothing. Broken dirty fridge with so much hairs in it. Overall as a family this hotel was not right at all for us.

Hotel staff were not very welcoming. The hotel itself has no Car park, so if you have a car be prepared as its a very busy end of town.

Nice Hotel close to metro sation

Great location, walking distance to shopping malls, resturants and Dubai metro station. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned.Great service from the reception, concierge staff. Breakfast was great and. Overall a great experience and good value for money. Only issue was WIFI it was very slow and poor connection other then that great experince.

駅近で便利

大人２、子供３なので選択肢が限られましたが、このホテルはユニオン駅すぐそばでショッピングモールも近く便利です。 但し価格が安い事もあり施設は古く、若干くたびれた感があります。 日中は外でホテルはあくまで寝るだけと割り切れる人であれば良いかと思います。 ホテルのスタッフは親切です。

Kleines Hotel in der Nähe der U-Bahn mit Pool

Hotel ist sauber, Personal sehr nett, Frühstück war ok, gab es bis 10 Uhr. Das Hotel hat einen Pool auf den dach, man sieht den Burj Khalifa und es liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Metro Union zu der grünen und roten Linie. Das Hotel an sich ist nicht mhr neu, aber gut erhalten und sauber.
