Just reconsider the excuses for the clients

I left one thing in the bathroom a small teeth replacement inside the shower cap enveloped) and no one noticed it, so it was considered as trash. Is my fault but the maintenance supervisor mentioned that no one took any thing… but they replace another new one. I think that is a miscommunication issue, but mentioned that the employee hasn’t moved or take anything alike, invalidate the necessity for replacement.

Amazing hotel apartments. Very nice open pool, kids loved it. Wished I stayed here longer. Only booked it for a day. Next time will stay longer. The best thing was the view from our rooms and it was very specious.
