This Hotel Is a Health Hazard!
I’m writing this as a warning to future guests who care about cleanliness and health.
After a 24-hour flight, I arrived at 1 AM, exhausted. Check-in was smooth, and I just wanted to sleep before an important meeting. As soon as I got into bed, I noticed a strange smell on the sheets—but I was too tired to care.
Then, I remembered my medication. When I got up and turned on the light, I saw TWO blood-sucking ticks on the bed. I was horrified. I took a video and rushed to reception, shaking. The staff showed me two other rooms, and I moved, but I couldn’t sleep, waking every 20 minutes to check for bugs.
The next morning, the manager, fully aware of the issue, offered a room upgrade and a free lunch instead of a refund. Seriously? How could I trust their food when their rooms are this filthy? I never asked for an upgrade—I just wanted a clean, bug-free room.
When I refused, he kept insisting on a free meal. Do I look like I’m complaining for free food?! I wanted a safe, hygienic stay.
Later, I read other one-star reviews and saw I wasn’t alone. How does this hotel have four stars? It barely deserves three!
The rooms are dirty, everything stinks, and customer service is terrible. For your health’s sake, stay elsewhere!
