Amazing, beautiful hotel. Great location; beautiful and spacious rooms; all amenities what you expect from a 5-star hotel; breakfast buffet was over-the-top wonderful; and best of all the Kempinski staff just couldn't be more welcoming, hospitable and helpful. My only complaint is with Hotels.com who couldn't confirm my long-held reservation five days prior to leaving and tried to get me to switch to another hotel. It was a maddening experience. Next time I will book directly with Kempinski.
