Nice, clean house for sure! PLENTY of space for the 6 of us that were there with space left over! Cozy living room for relaxing in the evenings and fun games in the buffet drawers. I can understand what people were saying about the parking. This is in a tightly packed housing development so there isn't much road room. People that live there park in their own driveway AND their yards. This rental house has a driveway that fit our 15-passenger van just fine but the driveway itself is DEFINITELY on an incline!!! We just engaged our parking brake and all was well. Just a few minutes from Walmart and restaurants. EASY access via a back way to the Ark Encounter. It only took us maybe 10 minutes to get there. Also, just minutes from the house is Snappy Pizza... highly recommend!!!!!! Delicious!!

Beautiful clean home in a nice neighborhood. Right off the freeway. The perfect stop for my group of 8 with pets to rest on our way down south. There were plenty of towels and amenities for our group.

Our stay was perfect! The house was super clean, minimalistic, and very comfortable. This is the most comfortable rental house I’ve ever stayed in. We had room to spread out, but also be together. Property was clean, up to date, lots of sleeping space. We only had 4 total people with us but the property could easily sleep 8-12.(maybe more). We stayed here for a trip to the Ark Encounter, the house was less than 5 miles away. Plenty of clean towels available under bathroom sinks. Poker tables and chairs in the master bedroom closet. Located in a large housing development which was perfect for my morning jogs. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved that the house has plenty of space for our large group and they had decorated everything beautifully for Christmas. Everything was clean , kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Hostess generously let us check out 1 hr late. There were some things that needed repaired ice machine(they did leave ice for us) & back deck. Overall we had a lovely time and would stay again if we are ever in the area. Would give 4.5 if we could.

We had a great time staying at this home in Kentucky! It was clean and very functional for our large party of 5 adults and 5 children. The hospitality was top notch! It was wonderful to have a few staples in the fridge and some bags of chips on the counter. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets and the beds were all comfy. The steep driveway was a little concerning but only for me. My husband was fine and did all the parking. We are from a very flat area and simply not used to all the hills. Lol. Thank you for a great stay.
