This place was really fantastic and I would strongly recommend it to anyone staying in Dresden. The woman managing the property was just great, the room was in excellent condition, the price was very reasonable, and it was right next to the tram which gets you downtown quickly. My favorite stay on this trip for sure

This property was much bigger than I expected. It was basically an apartment in a building instead of just a hotel room. It had its own kitchen in a separate room, as well as a bathroom completely separate from the bedroom. All 3 locations had doors to close off from the other areas. The only negative about the property was that although it advertises being soundproof, it is very much not. The building is right on a main road with a train that would pass by about every 5 minutes. It was incredibly loud, so it wasn’t great for sleeping peacefully. Plus when neighbors come in the building really loudly at night, it will wake you up. The price was great though, and the owner was super helpful with questions.

Nice little place

A very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Extremely convenient location: there is a tram stop almost directly in front of the Pension and you can reach the historic area within minutes. Assigned off-street parking. It has a nice little kitchenette/dining room were you can cook and eat. There is a grocery store a block away.

Great value stay.

Great value for money. The room was small but comfortable and well furnished. A few decent restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and quick access to the tram to get around the city.

Einfach nur absolut Perfekt. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich für den Preis ein modernes und sauberes Zimmer bekommen hätte. Sehr nette Gastgeber und Gastgeberin. Viele Tips, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und leicht erreichbar. Wird bei mir unter Favorit in Dresden abgespeichert.

Alles war super und sauber! Sehr gute Lage ca 15 Min von HBF entfernt. Kaufland/Bakerie in der Nahenette. Die Dame war sehr nett. Einfache Check in/out. Eigine Badzimmer mit Gemeinsame Küche. Die einzige Nachteil war keine Heizung in Badzimmer!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, das Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber auch sauber aus. Check-in und check-out waren reibungslos. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und schon eingerichtet. Besonderheit war die gemeinsame Küche, die sich die 5 Apartments geteilt haben. Die Innenstadt Dresdens konnte man innerhalb von 10 min mit der Straßenbahn erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Appartement roch stark nach altem Zigaretten Rauch, auch Bettdecke und Kopfkissen. Wir konnten nicht wie geplant 2 Nächte bleiben sondern sind nach 1 Nacht ausgecheckt weil der Geruch gerade auch mit Kleinkind kaum auszuhalten war. Die esitzerin meinte daraufhin nur das ich Pech gehabt habe. So etwas unfreundliches habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die dachten anscheinend wie nehmen das so hin und die Dufterfrischer in jeder Steckdose helfen gegen den Geruch.
