Nice hotel in a quiet environment

Hotel is located in a quiet area with lots of parking choices, either in hotel garage or on the street. Nearby hotel less than 5 mins walk is a nice restaurant with local German food recommended by front desk.

A nice hotel- great value, friendly staff

The front desk staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful giving written directions to town by train, the breakfast brunch very good and waitstaff attentive. The room at first glance seemed very clean, but there were large food crumbs behind the front door, cobwebs on two different walls, and some rooms more updated than others (we had 2 - one of them had a nespresso machine the other a cooktop and kettle)

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. Even though we checked in very late, the entire staff was extremely helpful. They have an amazing spread of the breakfast too. Parking was a slight issue as we had a bigger car, but there’s was ample street parking available. This place is also close to the Palace and other attractions.

Quite and comfortable

The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Tram tickets are available in the Reception and they have maps to give you directions wherever you want to go. They have postcards and stamps so you don't have to waste time going to post office. Great service. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Clean and quiet

We booked a family room (a separate suite and another full size/queen bed) that was quite spacious, especially by European standards, and offered at a good rate. The building itself feels a little tired, but all was clean and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet, but had little to do. We arrived late (10:00 pm) and couldn't find any restaurants open, including the hotel restaurant. The hotel is easy to find, however, and the staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

Children and family-friendly hotel

Very good hotel. We had a great experience. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly. It is a very Child-friendly place. I will go there again. Always there is room for improvement: One of the light bulbs in the bathroom was burned out. Moreover, the hand-wash liquid in the bathroom was also out. There was some strange noise in the bathroom and there was no A/C.

I'll stay again

Upon arrival to the train station, we thought it was too far from the center. But the direction we got at the hotel as much easier. Big room, clean, quiet, good bed, etc. Everythign was good. Except the dinner was not so good. There is only one restaurnat near by. It gets full soon. We heard from other people it was very good local German food restaurant.
