Nestled in a tranquil cove on the Silver Ridge/Tannenbaum Peninsula, this 4 bedroom (+ Loft)/3 bath house (sleeping a total of 13 people) is near a variety of outdoor activities. Bring your boats--a boat ramp is available 2 minutes away and the long, flat driveway is ideal for stowing your boat. Tannenbaum Golf Course (a top 5 course in Arkansas) is 3 minutes away. Or, take a dip in Greers Ferry Lake, just a few steps from the house. Bike enthusiasts will find that the peninsula offers a wide-range of terrain and undulating routes - bring your hybrid tires. High-speed, fiber optic internet supports all your streaming needs. The house has 3000 square feet of open living space, perfect for large groups. The dramatic, wood-burning fireplace at the center of the home creates an idyllic setting in the colder winter months. The loft has a daybed with two twin mattresses and a queen sofa sleeper. The screened-in deck off the back of the house provides a bug-free gathering experience. The tournament-quality, Tornado foosball table provides hours of competitive play. A ping pong table and other outdoor games are located in the garage. Two single kayaks and life jackets are available for guest use. Kitchen is fully stocked for groups that like to cook. A Thermador gas oven and dishwasher were recent kitchen additions. The 2023 Weber Genesis (Propane) grill is available for outdoor cooking and the fire pit is perfect for late-night drinks and s'mores. Please note that pets are not allowed and penalties for non-compliance will be enforced.

I usually don't leave reviews but our family does an annual lake house trip, and this property was one of our favorites so far. The home was clean, comfortable, and well set up for group activities and quiet relaxation. We really appreciate the thoughtful amenities. The host was friendly and very responsive. If we had one small suggestion it would be to add and extra large skillet and a few more big servings spoons to the kitchen. Overall, a great stay. We'd definitely recommend this home to others and would love to come back!

Lakeshore Dreamhouse

Words can't express, how incredibly beautiful this home is! It's an immaculate Dreamhouse. My family was looking for a quiet getaway on the lake, and we found it. The open living room/ kitchen was perfect for gathering, we effectively had a throne room to watch the Olympics! Every bedroom was connected to luxurious Jack n Jill bathrooms, fit for royalty. The loft was huge, perfect for gaming and plenty of privacy for the teenagers. The garage was awesome for pingpong and the screened in porch was awesome for lounging! It had it all, horseshoes, a fire pit, a hammock, kayaks, and foosball. The lake is always a big hit, and this was a great spot to swim. Don't hesitate to book this house, this will be the vacation of your dreams. Thanks again, love the Thompsons! 😊🌺

We have stayed at many timeshares and VRBO‘s and many times they short us on detergent towels, toilet paper, etc., and we were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to worry about these items when we ran out. We already coming back to stay next month and looking forward to it.

Family 4th of July Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The property was perfect for our family. We have 3 adult children with partners and this house fit us all perfectly. We found the house just as advertised on vrbo. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we were able to cook all of our favorite foods without bringing much from our own kitchen. The outdoor equipment and location on the lake is such a plus. Great Lake Escape!

Our family of five enjoyed our time at the lake. Plenty of seating inside and out, and great kitchen! We enjoyed the covered porch early in the morning and enjoyed walks and runs in the neighborhood, as well as pretty easy access to the water. Would return!
