Große Enttäuschung – Unterkunft entspricht nicht der Beschreibung und war unzumutbarWir haben dieses kleine Ferienhaus für vier Personen gebucht – vor allem wegen der attraktiven Lage, die auch tatsächlich ein Pluspunkt ist. Leider enden die positiven Eindrücke dort.Die Unterkunft ist deutlich kleiner als beschrieben. Für vier Personen ist das Platzangebot völlig unzureichend – es war beengt, unpraktisch geschnitten und alles andere als komfortabel. Die Darstellung im Inserat ist in dieser Hinsicht irreführend.Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel der mangelhafte hygienische Zustand auf: verschimmeltes Besteck, ungewaschenes Geschirr, ein schmutziges Badezimmer sowie eine verdreckte Toilette. Das gesamte Haus wirkte ungepflegt und unvorbereitet.Weitere erhebliche Mängel, die nicht in der Beschreibung aufgeführt waren:•Eine Überwachungskamera im Garten filmt permanent in Richtung der Wohnung – ein klarer Eingriff in die Privatsphäre, der nicht kommuniziert wurde.•Die Waschmaschine kann nur gegen zusätzliche Gebühr und ausschließlich mit Kleingeld genutzt werden – auch das wurde nicht erwähnt.•Die Zentralheizung war nicht regulierbar. In den Nächten kühlte das Haus stark aus, und es dauerte bis in den späten Vormittag, bis es wieder halbwegs angenehm wurde.Besonders gravierend war der Zustand des Elternschlafzimmers: Das Ehebett war mit unterschiedlichsten Latten und Hölzern provisorisch zusammengezimmert, um es überhaupt zu stabilisieren.
