Large, light-flooded (approx. 90 sqm), nicely furnished non-smoking house for max. 6 people in a quiet cul-de-sac, 5 minutes walking distance to the center with shops, restaurants, pedal boat rental (depending on the season), playground .. 1000 m / 15 minutes on foot along the grinding bosom to the beach. Very high quality and particularly child-friendly equipment! On the ground floor there is a large living room with a TV, DVD player, play area and sun-drenched oriel with dining room. Kitchen with dishwasher (new 2017, Bosch), fridge-freezer (new 2017), oven and all necessary electrical appliances. Shower room on the ground floor, a second shower room on the upper floor, so that really several people can spend a relaxing holiday together. Washing machine available. Allergy-Free! 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and the loft with 2 further single beds. Enough closets in all rooms. Shutters in front of all windows, e.g. T. Fly screens.
Bed linen and towels only available on request and only outside the holiday season for 15 euros per person.

The house has a large south-west terrace with garden furniture which was replaced by new ones in 2017. The Weber grill also gives the outdoor cook plenty of scope. Loungers and parasols are ready for you. Here you can read, laze around, listen to music and unwind.
Cot, high chair, books and games, handcart and 4 bicycles belong to the house.
