Cosy atmosphere

This Hotel has a very good restaurant and a decent breakfast It is decorated in the old style and when we stayed it was Easter time and they’d decorated in a cute and playful way There is good room in the rooms and a great, renovated bathroom and nice common areas where you can sit with colleagues We really liked staying here while going to Köln Messe for 3days It could have been a bit cleaner on the floors, whereas the toilets and showers were spot on clean

The control of temperature is very bad. There is no wi-fy, there is no fridge at the room. There is nobody at the reception desk at several times.

Absoluter Stand 70er Jahre. Dennoch einigermaßen gepflegt. Service leider nicht zeitgemäß und flexibel. Wünsche hates spielen nicht die Rolle, die einem Preis von 200€ pro Nacht gerecht sein würden.

CheckIn war unfreundlich. Zimmer nicht besonders sauber. WLan funktionierte nur an der Rezeption. Uralte Ausstattung der Zimmer. In einem Zimmer stand ein Fernseher, aber ohne Anschluss. Wegen des fehlenden WLan wurde keine Hilfe angeboten. Insgesamt ein sehr unterdurchschnittliches Hotel.

Positiv: - Das Bad war neu renoviert. Negativ: - Im Zimmer funktionierte die Heizung nicht. - Leider hat das Personal den Begriff "Service" nicht verstanden. - Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich und der Kaffee war ungeniessbar. Insgesamt passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Hotels in der Nähe sind besser und günstiger.
